Nine immigration removal centres, three independent bodies that examine them, and what each has published about each centre — including where it has published nothing.
Of the 9 immigration removal centres in the Ombudsman's own list, 3 have a published investigation into a death and 6 have none.
Published documents, not events, and each body works to its own schedule: inspection is periodic, monitoring is annual, and an ombudsman investigation follows a death. A centre with more documents is not thereby worse than one with fewer.
The list of centres is the Prisons and Probation Ombudsman's own taxonomy, which is why centres with nothing published against them appear here at all. An absence established from a complete list is a finding; a centre quietly left off a list is not.

A centre without a link has nothing published against it by any of the three bodies, so it has no page of its own — the row is the whole of what is known. Monitoring boards report by site rather than by centre and a site can hold more than one centre, so a zero in the last column is not evidence that a centre is unmonitored.

The Home Office publishes that total for the estate as a whole; it does not publish a breakdown by centre in the tables this site reads, so no per-centre population appears on these pages.
